By accessing acceage.ca, using Acceage software, contacting us, submitting information, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms of Service and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use Acceage.
Acceage is AI-powered algorithmic software designed for educational, analytical, demo, and simulated prop-firm environments. Acceage is not a broker, dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, prop firm, custodian, bank, or financial institution.
Acceage tools may analyze market conditions, display simulated performance, assist with demo account setup, and operate in third-party demo or evaluation environments. These features are for education and software use only. Demo and simulated results are not live trading results.
Acceage does not provide personalized investment advice and does not guarantee profits, payouts, funded account approval, challenge completion, income, monthly returns, trading accuracy, loss avoidance, or future performance. Use Acceage at your own discretion.
Acceage accepts only compatible prop-firm demo or evaluation programs with a 10% maximum overall drawdown and 5% daily drawdown requirement. We may reject, pause, or discontinue support for programs with tighter or incompatible rules.
All payments to Acceage are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Payment may cover software access, onboarding, setup guidance, educational tools, support, subscriptions, or related services. Payment never guarantees a financial result.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login details secure, confirming that third-party platform rules permit your intended use of Acceage, understanding risks, and complying with applicable laws and prop-firm rules.
Prop firms, brokers, demo platforms, payment processors, and other third parties are independent from Acceage. We are not responsible for their account decisions, pricing, rule changes, KYC reviews, payout decisions, suspensions, technical issues, or disputes.
Acceage is provided on an as available basis. We may update, modify, pause, restrict, or discontinue any feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, broker, prop firm, or platform.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the software, provide false information, attempt unauthorized access, abuse support channels, breach third-party rules, or use Acceage in a way that may harm Acceage, users, systems, or partners.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acceage is not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, trading losses, failed challenges, denied payouts, data delays, technical issues, third-party decisions, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
